If you're looking for a realtor, your search is over. I chose Scott Sherard to sell my house after a neighbor told me about him. I called Scott on a Saturday. He immediately answered the phone. In less than an hour, he met me at my home, talked with me and my son at length, took photos, and listed my home. In less than 48 hours, my house was sold. Scott knew that time was of the essence for me and my son. I didn't have time for realtors who don't treat their clients as a priority, and Scott did not disappoint. He was meticulous in explaining every single detail of the listing and selling process. He answered about 1,000 questions that I had. He was always responsive via e-mail, phone, or text. He thought about strategies that would sell my house quickly and was there to reassure me whenever we encountered an obstacle. I put my trust in Scott and I am so glad that I did. Prior to listing our home with Scott we had it on the mkt with a different agent for about 8 weeks....during this 8 weeks no offers were made. After only 6 days on the mkt with Scott we had a viable offer sold the home. Scott is a very personable agent, he responded quickly to all of my questions, he was able to work well with the other agents involved, and worked hard to make both parties feel good about the deal. I would highly recommend talking to Scott prior to making any commitments to other real estate agents....I am quit sure you will enjoy meeting with him and will feel confident that he will meet your real estate needs and expectations.

He listened to our wants and needs and made every effort to help us find exactly what we wanted.He never pressured us towards any particular direction. We had a hard upper limit for what we were willing to spend and Scott worked with us to keep everything within that budget.Scott took a lot of the fear and guesswork out of purchasing our first home. He walked us through the process, helped us understand what would be coming, and guided us in making good decisions throughout.We were not treated like clients by Scott, but like old acquaintances.
